    How should I charge the battery and what’s Charging time?
    Charging Time: use our 84V 5 A charger,it can be full charged in 5.6 hours Charging Method: It is recommended to use the original charger for slow charging, which can better protect the battery and extend its service life. Although there are fast chargers on the market, frequent use of fast charging may cause certain damage to the battery and shorten its service life. Charging Precautions: When charging, choose a well-ventilated, dry, and non-flammable environment, and avoid charging in high-temperature, humid, or areas with open flames. At the same time, do not overcharge. Once the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger in time to prevent battery bulging and damage.

    How about the Battery Life time?
    Normal Service Life: Generally, the normal service life of a 72V 28AH lithium battery is about 2 - 3 years, and the number of charge-discharge cycles can reach 800 - 1200 times. However, this is only the theoretical service life, and the actual service life will be affected by various factors such as usage frequency, charging method, and usage environment. Influencing Factors: Overcharging and Overdischarging: Frequently discharging the battery completely before recharging or overcharging for a long time will accelerate the sulfation and aging of the battery plates and shorten the battery life. High or Low Temperature Environment: Using or charging the battery in a high-temperature environment will intensify the internal chemical reactions of the battery, accelerating battery water loss and plate aging; in a low-temperature environment, the charging and discharging efficiency of the battery will decrease, and the electrode materials may be damaged, also affecting the battery life. High Current Discharge: During acceleration and uphill climbs of off-road electric bicycles, high current discharge occurs. Frequent such operations will cause irreversible damage to the battery and reduce the number of charge-discharge cycles.

If it encounters an open flame, an explosion may occur. At the same time, do not smoke or use open flames near the battery. Proper Use of the Battery: Do not disassemble or modify the battery privately, and do not use inferior chargers or batteries to avoid potential safety hazards.
