    How about the Battery Performance?
    Range: It depend on your motor power and the road situation. Usually you can use your battery capacity /motor power*your speed. It is a range idea FYI..final range will depend on detail situation Maximum Speed: Battery will not effect your speed,but based on your controller

    How can I download the Bluetooth App?
    Apple APP Store and Google play. Download and open the app to directly scan the QR code and connect the battery or search for nearby Bluetooth batteries.

    How should I charge the battery and what’s Charging time?
    Charging Time: use our 84V 5 A charger,it can be full charged in 5.6 hours Charging Method: It is recommended to use the original charger for slow charging, which can better protect the battery and extend its service life. Although there are fast chargers on the market, frequent use of fast charging may cause certain damage to the battery and shorten its service life. Charging Precautions: When charging, choose a well-ventilated, dry, and non-flammable environment, and avoid charging in high-temperature, humid, or areas with open flames. At the same time, do not overcharge. Once the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger in time to prevent battery bulging and damage.

    How about the Battery Life time?
    Normal Service Life: Generally, the normal service life of a 72V 28AH lithium battery is about 2 - 3 years, and the number of charge-discharge cycles can reach 800 - 1200 times. However, this is only the theoretical service life, and the actual service life will be affected by various factors such as usage frequency, charging method, and usage environment. Influencing Factors: Overcharging and Overdischarging: Frequently discharging the battery completely before recharging or overcharging for a long time will accelerate the sulfation and aging of the battery plates and shorten the battery life. High or Low Temperature Environment: Using or charging the battery in a high-temperature environment will intensify the internal chemical reactions of the battery, accelerating battery water loss and plate aging; in a low-temperature environment, the charging and discharging efficiency of the battery will decrease, and the electrode materials may be damaged, also affecting the battery life. High Current Discharge: During acceleration and uphill climbs of off-road electric bicycles, high current discharge occurs. Frequent such operations will cause irreversible damage to the battery and reduce the number of charge-discharge cycles.

    How to maintain the Battery ?
    Lithium batteries have a significantly longer lifespan compared to lead-acid batteries,  lithium golf cart batteries can last 10+ years.

    What other Safety Precautions I should to know?
    Prevent Short Circuit: When installing, disassembling the battery, or performing vehicle maintenance, pay attention to avoid short-circuiting the positive and negative poles of the battery, otherwise, it may cause dangerous situations such as fire or battery explosion. Fire and Explosion Prevention: Keep away from open flames and flammable materials when charging because the battery may produce flammable gases such as hydrogen during the charging process. If it encounters an open flame, an explosion may occur. At the same time, do not smoke or use open flames near the battery. Proper Use of the Battery: Do not disassemble or modify the battery privately, and do not use inferior chargers or batteries to avoid potential safety hazards. If you find abnormal situations such as battery bulging, leakage, or overheating, stop using it immediately and replace or repair the battery in time.
