However, this is only the theoretical service life, and the actual service life will be affected by various factors such as usage frequency, charging method, and usage environment. Influencing Factors: Overcharging and Overdischarging: Frequently discharging the battery completely before recharging or overcharging for a long time will accelerate the sulfation and aging of the battery plates and shorten the battery life. High or Low Temperature Environment: Using or charging the battery in a high-temperature environment will intensify the internal chemical reactions of the battery, accelerating battery water loss and plate aging; in a low-temperature environment, the charging and discharging efficiency of the battery will decrease, and the electrode materials may be damaged, also affecting the battery life. High Current Discharge: During acceleration and uphill climbs of off-road electric bicycles, high current discharge occurs. Frequent such operations will cause irreversible damage to the battery and reduce the number of charge-discharge cycles.
