Strategic Collaboration

SHENZHEN PSN ENERGY CO., LTD recently announced a strategic partnership with Bangladesh's largest battery pack manufacturer Optimum to jointly advance the layout of the lithium battery industry chain. This collaboration encompasses lithium battery production line equipment procurement, factory construction, customized operation management software development, and integration of high-precision GPS technology, aiming to establish Bangladesh's first new energy solution covering the entire chain of production, management, and sales.

According to reports, the intelligent production line equipment provided by PSN Energy has been fully delivered, with the new factory expected to commence operations in the second quarter of 2025. The company's technical team has also developed a lithium battery operation management platform tailored to local market characteristics, enabling remote monitoring and data analysis. The two parties plan to implement an installment sales model to lower user barriers and accelerate the upgrade of Bangladesh's new energy industry.

The CEO of PSN Energy Jason Shi stated, "This collaboration marks a critical step in our global strategy. We will drive the green transformation of Southeast Asian markets through technological empowerment."
