Shenzhen PSN Energy Co., Ltd. is a China-based battery manufacturing enablement partner, supporting overseas companies that aim to develop their own lithium battery PACK assembly and localized production capabilities.

Located in Shenzhen — the center of China’s battery manufacturing ecosystem — we focus on bridging global markets with mature Chinese supply chains, practical manufacturing know-how, and structured technical guidance.

We do not position ourselves as a system integrator or EPC contractor.
Instead, we help our partners understand, organize, and implement battery manufacturing processes more effectively.

Our enablement approach is designed to support clients as they transition from component sourcing to basic assembly, controlled production, and gradual capability growth, based on their actual resources and market needs.

What Our Enablement Covers

Technical & Manufacturing Guidance

We provide structured training and on-site guidance covering lithium battery PACK assembly fundamentals, including workmanship standards, basic PACK design logic, BMS integration principles, testing procedures, and maintenance considerations.

This guidance supports applications such as low-speed power batteries and selected energy storage assembly scenarios, depending on client readiness and project scope.

Supply Chain Coordination & Sourcing Support

Leveraging our experience within China’s battery supply ecosystem, we assist clients in identifying and coordinating with qualified cell, BMS, and equipment suppliers, helping reduce sourcing uncertainty and communication barriers.

All final procurement decisions remain with the client.

Factory Setup & Production Readiness Support

Based on practical project experience, we support clients with production layout concepts, equipment selection references, and initial workflow planning, helping them avoid common early-stage setup issues.

We do not operate or manage client factories, but provide guidance aligned with their scale and technical level.
